• Contact Details: Full name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address, and country of residence.
• Booking Information: Check-in and check-out dates, selected property, room configuration, guest counts, and special accommodation requests.
• Payment Information: M-Pesa transaction reference codes, bank wire transfer confirmations, or card processing identifiers. We do not store raw card numbers.
• Identification Data: National ID or Passport numbers collected during check-in as mandated by Kenyan hospitality and security laws.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for legitimate hospitality operations, including:

• Processing room reservations and sending instant WhatsApp booking vouchers.
• Arranging requested add-on services (such as airport transfers, private chefs, or group catering).
• Issuing formal corporate invoices, Pro-Forma quotes, and official KRA ETR tax receipts.
• Communicating stay updates, check-in instructions, and answering guest inquiries.
• Maintaining compound security logs and complying with local law enforcement requirements.

4. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share necessary guest information with trusted operational partners strictly required to fulfill your stay (e.g., vetted transport drivers or tax authorities when issuing ETR invoices).

5. Data Security & Retention

We employ robust technical and organizational security measures—including SSL encryption, secure Firebase cloud database storage, and restricted staff access protocols—to protect your personal information. Guest records are retained only as long as necessary for tax compliance and legal accounting requirements.

6. Your Data Rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of your contact records after checkout.
